SUMMARY:Crucifixion
DESCRIPTION:This rope workshop will be a hand-on class with active participation and rope tying. \nWe will start by establishing aesthetic guidelines and principles for our ties as an overarching theme of the intermediate series. We will focus on a) modular tying\, b) intentionality\, c) nawajiri management\, and d) philosophy of minimalism\, model-centric photography\, and wabi-sabi aesthetics. \nThe crucifixion class will include explicit instruction on: \n\n\nTying bamboo to the body \n\n\nManaging different types of reserve tensions \n\n\nManaging kannukis / cinches \n\n\nPrerequisites: Single column\, experience with basic chest harness\, basic understandings of tension and rope placement. \nRequirements:  at least 6 hanks of rope at 20-30+ft in length.
