We typically start off with single column and double column practice at 6pm for those who need a refresher and after that we'll have an hour and a half of instructor led Rope Lab.
This event is for anyone who doesn't check "white" on the census box and wants to do rope. Partners of all colours are welcome as long as they're respectful.
